International ThermoWood Association (ITWA) is protecting its IP rights

To defend its intellectual property rights, ITWA has filed a lawsuit in a suspected trademark infringement case.

ThermoWood® trademark was registered in 1994. The International ThermoWood Association (Lämpöpuuyhdistys ry, www.thermowood.fi ) has owned the ThermoWood® trademark since 2001.
